Ghanaian Media personality, Nana Aba Anamoah is asking what will Nigerian musicians do without using the Ghanaian phrase, “odo yewu” in their songs.
Her comment followed after seeing a video compilation of Nigerian songs which the Ghanaian phrase is used in.
Big artiste like Wizkid, Patoranking, Me. Eazi, Fireboy, Iyanya, Omah Lay, Mr. P of P Square and several others have used the word in their songs.
The use of the word is not a surprise to many since Ghana and Nigeria are considered to be close friends even though they do not share boarder.
